These partner terms govern participation in the GoVipe partner program operated by Cesustec Media LLC. They are prepared as a technical launch draft and should receive final legal review before publication.
1. Application and approval
Participation begins only after personal approval by GoVipe. There is no entitlement to acceptance. Partners must provide complete and accurate information and protect their account credentials.
2. Partner link and attribution
Approved partners receive neutral personal GoVipe links, a referral code and access to their partner portal. The applicable attribution window is controlled through the partner account. Existing valid first-touch attribution may not be overwritten by unrelated codes or manipulated technically.
3. Commission
The applicable commission rate, commission period and any follow-up or lifetime commission are shown in the partner account and may depend on partner status, standing or individually agreed terms. The terms stored in the partner account at the time of a commissionable payment apply. Taxes, refunds, chargebacks, cancellations and unpaid orders are not commissionable. Where a lifetime or follow-up commission applies, it only continues for the uninterrupted active paying customer relationship; a genuine cancellation ends that claim for the referral, while temporary payment issues within the applicable grace period do not break the relationship. A later new customer relationship does not revive the previous commission claim.
4. Recruited partners and team commission
Active partners can recruit additional GoVipe sellers. Recruited partners are assigned to their direct recruiter. Any team commission applies to this direct level, is shown separately in the partner account and follows the terms stored there.
5. Approval and payout
Commissions are initially held for 30 days. They may then be approved after review. The applicable payout minimum is shown in the partner account. Payouts use the method agreed in the partner account. Unavoidable bank, payment or currency fees may affect delivery; GoVipe charges no additional affiliate-platform fee.
6. Permitted promotion
Partners may promote GoVipe accurately and truthfully. The commercial relationship must be clearly disclosed as required by applicable rules. Misleading performance claims, spam, cookie dropping, self-referrals, automated clicks, brand advertising on “GoVipe” without written permission and unapproved coupon, cashback or download sites are prohibited.
7. Content and trademarks
Provided logos, screenshots and copy may be used only to promote GoVipe and may not be altered misleadingly. The partner receives no ownership in the trademark, software or promotional materials.
8. Review, suspension and termination
GoVipe may review suspicious activity, hold commissions during review and pause or terminate accounts for fraud, manipulation, legal violations or conduct harmful to the brand. Legitimately earned and approved commissions generally remain payable, subject to refunds and chargebacks.
9. Changes
Material changes to the terms will be communicated in the partner portal or by email. Individual terms displayed in the partner account take precedence over standard values.
