GoVipe Partner Program

This privacy notice explains which personal data may be processed when using govipe.app, purchasing GoVipe, activating a license, using the customer account and participating in the partner program.

1. Controller

The provider responsible for this website and the GoVipe services is Cesustec Media LLC. Contact: support@govipe.app.

2. Processing principles

We process personal data only where required to operate the website, provide GoVipe, complete purchases, manage licenses, maintain security and provide support.

No analytics or advertising cookies are used.
Longer-term partner attribution in the browser is used only after explicit consent, as a first-party referral record for commission accounting.
No cross-site personal marketing tracking is performed.
No analytics tools are used to follow visitors across websites.

3. Website access and server logs

When the website is accessed, technically required connection data may be processed, such as IP address, access time, requested page, browser type, operating system and status codes. This supports security, reliable operation, troubleshooting and abuse prevention.

4. Cookies and local storage

GoVipe uses technically necessary cookies or comparable local storage for language selection, secure sessions, sign-in, checkout, form protection, license management and the partner portal. When a visit arrives through a partner link, an additional browser partner attribution is retained for up to 90 days only after explicit consent.

This optional browser attribution is used only to connect a later purchase with the correct partner. The regular website and trial route remain available without consent. No analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used. Details are provided in the cookie notice.

5. Customer account and purchase

During purchase, information required for contract, invoice, payment, customer account and license is processed. This may include email address, name, billing address, company details, purchase data, license status and payment references.

The customer account is created automatically during checkout from the email address and password provided. Passwords are not stored in plain text.

6. Licensing and device activation

License activation and management may involve license identifiers, license status, technical or pseudonymized device data, app version, activation time and last successful license check. This information is used only to provide and protect the purchased license.

7. Email communication

The supplied email address is used for purchase confirmation, license keys, invoices, security messages, password recovery, support and application or status messages relating to the partner program. Marketing email is sent only where a separate legal basis exists.

8. Google Login and Google Pay

Google services are not loaded automatically during a normal website visit. They are used only when a user actively selects a function such as “Continue with Google” or “Pay with Google Pay”.

When selected, data may be exchanged directly with Google or the participating payment provider. The exact data depends on the selected function and the permissions shown during use.

9. Payment processing

Payment details are processed by the provider shown during checkout. GoVipe does not store complete card or wallet credentials. We receive only the information required for purchase confirmation, accounting, refunds and license allocation.

10. Microsoft Store

Where installation, trial, purchase or updates are handled by the Microsoft Store, Microsoft processes the required store, account, device and payment information under its own terms. GoVipe receives only the information required to provide the product and allocate the license.

11. Partner program and commission attribution

When someone applies as a GoVipe partner, we may process name, email address, country, optional company, website or channel, planned promotional activity, account status, partner code, commission terms and payout details.

When a neutral GoVipe partner link is opened, the request is recorded server-side for commission attribution, statistics and abuse prevention. This may include the timestamp, destination and only pseudonymized or hashed connection characteristics. Longer-term browser attribution for a later purchase continues to be stored only after explicit consent. Depending on the route used, pseudonymized installation and device identifiers, internal Store attribution data, order references, commission amounts and payout status may also be processed. Raw IP addresses are not retained for affiliate statistics. Dictated content is never stored in affiliate records.

12. Retention

Data is retained only for as long as required for contract, license, customer account, support, security, statutory retention duties or the establishment and defense of legal claims.

13. Data subject rights

Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. Consent may be withdrawn for the future where processing is based on consent.

14. Security

Appropriate technical and organizational measures are used to protect personal data against loss, unauthorized access, alteration and misuse.

15. Changes

This notice may be updated when functions, providers, payment methods or legal requirements change. The current version is published on govipe.app.

These terms govern use of GoVipe, govipe.app, the customer account and the associated licensing services.

1. Provider and subject matter

The provider is Cesustec Media LLC. GoVipe is a Windows application for local speech input, text refinement and direct insertion into supported applications.

2. Trial

Any offered trial is intended to evaluate GoVipe in the user's own working environment. Start, duration and available functionality are defined by the product information shown when the trial begins.

3. Purchase and customer account

The customer account is created automatically during purchase from the email address and password supplied. The user is responsible for keeping account credentials confidential.

4. License key

After successful purchase, the personal license key is provided by email and stored in the customer account. License keys must not be published, sold, rented or shared with unauthorized third parties.

5. Permitted use

GoVipe Personal is intended for personal use on the number of owned devices stated in the applicable offer. The software may not be reverse engineered, manipulated, circumvented or used to infringe third-party rights.

6. Activation and offline use

An internet connection may be required for first activation, license management and occasional license checks. Speech recognition and text refinement are designed for local processing, depending on the installed product version and selected functions.

7. Updates and technical requirements

Updates may be provided for security, compatibility and feature improvements. Current technical requirements are stated in the applicable product description.

8. Availability

Continuous availability of the website, store, activation service and external payment or identity services cannot be guaranteed. Temporary maintenance and technical limitations may occur.

9. User responsibility

Users must review generated text before further use. Speech recognition and AI-assisted text refinement may contain errors despite high quality. GoVipe does not replace professional legal, medical or other specialist review.

10. Payment, term and termination

Price, billing method, term, renewal and cancellation are defined by the offer displayed during purchase. A recurring license renews for the billing period shown at checkout until cancelled. Cancellation prevents future renewals and normally ends paid access at the end of the current billing period.

Where Paddle is identified at checkout as the seller or merchant of record, Paddle processes payment, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refunds under the rules shown at checkout and in Paddle's buyer terms. Details are set out in our refund policy. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

11. Warranty and liability

Mandatory statutory warranty and liability rules apply. Where legally permitted, liability for indirect loss, data loss or loss of use is limited to intent, gross negligence or breach of essential contractual duties.

12. Changes to these terms

Changes may be necessary when product functions, payment models, technical processes or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated appropriately.

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for GoVipe purchases. It does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

1. Scope

This policy applies to GoVipe licenses purchased through govipe.app and billed through Paddle at checkout. Purchases through the Microsoft Store or another sales channel are also subject to the terms and refund rules shown by that channel.

2. Payment processing by Paddle

Where Paddle is identified at checkout as the seller or merchant of record, Paddle is responsible for payment processing, tax calculation, invoicing and the technical execution of an approved refund. Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy in force at the time of purchase also apply.

3. General refund rule

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, completed payments are not automatically refundable. Refund requests may still be reviewed case by case, particularly for duplicate charges, a clearly accidental purchase, or a material technical issue that permanently prevents use as described and could not be resolved.

A discretionary review does not create an entitlement to future refunds in similar cases. A refund may be declined where there is evidence of fraud, abuse or manipulation.

4. Mandatory consumer rights

Depending on the buyer's country and the type of purchase, mandatory withdrawal, cancellation, warranty or refund rights may apply. Those rights take priority over this policy. For digitally supplied products, a statutory withdrawal right may end under the applicable conditions after the buyer expressly agrees that performance should begin. Paddle assesses country-specific claims using the transaction record and applicable law.

5. How to request a refund

A request may be submitted using the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in the Paddle purchase confirmation, through Paddle buyer support, or by emailing support@govipe.app. Please include the email address used for the purchase, the order or transaction number and the reason for the request.

GoVipe can assist with technical review. For Paddle purchases, Paddle approves and processes the payment refund to the original payment method where possible.

6. Cancelling a subscription

A subscription may be cancelled using the management link provided in the purchase confirmation or customer account. Cancellation prevents the next renewal. It does not automatically refund the billing period that has already started. The license normally remains usable until the end of the paid period unless a refund is issued or mandatory law requires otherwise.

7. Effect of a refund

When a full refund is issued, the related GoVipe license may be terminated or deactivated. Affiliate commission previously credited for the refunded payment may be reversed or offset.

GoVipe does not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies or cross-site user tracking. In addition to technically necessary storage, there is only an optional first-party partner attribution, which is activated only after your explicit consent.

Optional partner attribution

When you visit through a personal GoVipe partner link, a short-lived signed attribution value may be used as technically necessary for the immediate redirect and consent flow. We then ask whether partner attribution may be stored in a first-party cookie for a later purchase. Only after your consent does this attribution remain available longer term. The standard duration is up to 90 days.

If you decline, no longer-term partner-attribution cookie is set and the short-lived attribution value is removed. The website and trial still work normally. A current journey started through a personal GoVipe link or a signed purchase request from the GoVipe app may still carry the referral for that specific transaction without setting a longer-term optional browser-attribution cookie.

The attribution contains no dictated content, payment data or cross-site advertising profile. You can reset your choice by deleting GoVipe cookies in your browser.

No analytics or advertising

We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, heat maps, retargeting or cross-site user tracking.

Google Login and Google Pay

Google services are loaded only when you actively select the relevant function. They are not started automatically during a normal website visit.

Retention and browser settings

Session data may end when the browser closes. Language settings, cookie choices and an allowed partner attribution may be stored longer. Cookies can be deleted or blocked in the browser. This may prevent sign-in, purchase, partner attribution or customer-account functions from working reliably.

In brief: no advertising and no analytics; longer-term browser partner attribution occurs only after your consent.
